We ship to Canada and the United States with flat rates (free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD), and to Europe, the UK and most other countries via Canada Post with rates calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes set by the destination country.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for Canada (2–4 express), 5–8 business days for the United States (2–4 express) and 8–15 business days for international destinations. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Canada: from $14.90 standard, $21.90 express. United States: from $7.90 standard, $34.90 express. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 CAD to Canada and the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All costs are shown in full before you pay.

Every order is packed and shipped from our fulfillment facility in Quebec, Canada, with tracking included.

As soon as your parcel ships you receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Yes, until it ships (usually within 1 business day). Email info@nuvarek.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under our 30-day return policy instead.

You can return any unworn item with its original tags within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free within Canada and the United States: we email you a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Read the full Refund & Return Policy.

Contact us with your order number and the size or colour you'd like. We'll arrange the exchange at no extra cost, subject to availability, and send the replacement as soon as your return is on its way.

Email info@nuvarek.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days. Items marked final sale, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned.

Our pieces run true to size with a relaxed, resort-inspired fit and are available in S to XXL. Use the body measurements in our Size Guide, and if you're between sizes, email us your height and weight and we'll recommend the best fit.

Nuvarek is designed in Montréal. Our collections are produced in small runs by partner workshops we have vetted for quality, and every piece is inspected before it ships from Quebec. Fabric composition and care details are listed on each product page.

Wash cold on a gentle cycle or by hand, avoid bleach, and lay flat to dry to keep knits in shape. Linen can be tumble-dried on low and pressed while slightly damp. Specific care instructions are included on every product page and garment label.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. There are no additional fees for any payment method. Prices are shown in CAD by default and in your local currency where available.

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted checkout. Nuvarek never sees or stores your full card details.
