Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Order cutoff: 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Every order is packed and shipped from our fulfillment facility in Quebec, Canada. Standard shipping to Canada and the United States includes tracking.

Your dispatch email includes a tracking number and link; activation can take up to 48 hours. Visit our order help page for tracking instructions.

Yes, until it ships. Email info@nuvarek.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under our 30-day return policy instead.

Eligible unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items qualify for exchange or store credit; final-sale items and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Customers pay the actual return shipping cost and purchase their own label for change-of-mind returns and exchanges in Canada and the US. Nuvarek covers return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. No restocking fee. Contact info@nuvarek.com for authorization.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return, including inspection. Full return policy.

Email info@nuvarek.com with your order number and the size or colour you need. Exchanges depend on stock availability and follow the instructions in our return policy.

Email info@nuvarek.com promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no cost to you. This reporting request does not limit statutory rights.

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days. Items marked final sale, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned.

Our pieces run true to size with a relaxed, resort-inspired fit and are available in S to XXL. Use the body measurements in our Size Guide, and if you're between sizes, email us your height and weight and we'll recommend the best fit.

Nuvarek is designed in Montréal. Our collections are produced in small runs by partner workshops we have vetted for quality, and every piece is inspected before it ships from Quebec. Fabric composition and care details are listed on each product page.

Wash cold on a gentle cycle or by hand, avoid bleach, and lay flat to dry to keep knits in shape. Linen can be tumble-dried on low and pressed while slightly damp. Specific care instructions are included on every product page and garment label.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. There are no additional fees for any payment method. All prices and checkout charges are shown in US dollars (USD).

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted checkout. Nuvarek never sees or stores your full card details.
