All orders ship from our fulfillment facility in Quebec, Canada. Every order includes tracking, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Rates for Canada and the United States are calculated by parcel weight and shown in full at checkout before you pay. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available; shipping is charged in the same currency as your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD (or the equivalent in your currency) within Canada and the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active. You can also follow your parcel from our Track Your Order page.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped to the United States and internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes according to the destination country's regulations. These charges are set by the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@nuvarek.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll open a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address until the order ships.
